Request to Reopen a Citation

The Request to Reopen a Citation form may be used if you wish to petition the Court to reopen your citation.

The completed Request to Reopen a Citation will need to be returned to Northern Marinette County Joint Municipal Court, P.O. Box 163 Amberg, WI 54102 for consideration.   The court may impose costs as part of the decision on the motion to reopen, whether granting, or a condition of granting, or denying the motion.  The costs may never exceed $300.
